This Privacy Policy explains how H2bonza Info Technologies OPC Private Limited (“we”), which owns and manages HPE Talks, collects, uses, stores and shares personal information submitted through hpetalks.com. It is published in line with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and will be updated for the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Rules, 2025 as their obligations commence.

- When you email or WhatsApp us: your name, contact details and whatever you choose to include in your message (for example your organisation, hospital, specialty or event details).
- Automatically: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) kept by our hosting provider for security.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and clicks on our contact buttons). Google Analytics sets cookies and may process this data outside India. We do not use advertising pixels. You can opt out using your browser’s cookie settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
We do not ask for, and you should not send, any personal health information, medical reports or patient details through this website. This website does not provide medical consultations.
2. Why we use it
- To reply to talk invitations and media enquiries.
- To review guest requests and verify that guests are registered practitioners.
- To keep records of our business communications.

3. Who we share it with
With Divaux Technologies Private Limited, which produces HPE Talks and handles enquiries and guest applications on our behalf, and with service providers that help us run the website and forms (hosting and email providers). These providers act under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law. Messages sent on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. Some providers may store data outside India.
4. Third-party content
Videos from YouTube and Reels from Instagram or Facebook load only when you tap play. Once loaded, those platforms’ own privacy policies apply. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. Analytics is provided by Google; see Google’s Privacy Policy.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry and application data is kept for up to 24 months after our last communication, then deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.
